Transition in developer staff for CPRS CUI modification

John Thomas (sub-contractor to Duke and ex-Portland VA employee) has withdrawn from the project due to other commitments. Saad Aziz and C. Jonathan Sun, both IT interns at the Portland VA, have been recruited to replace him, and he will provide them with a crash course on CPRS GUI internals and approaches to making changes to the user interface.
